En viktig aspekt vid e-handel är att kunden känner förtroende för e-handelsapplikationen och företaget. Denna rapport redogör för vilken inverkan multimediala inslag har för förtroendet av en e-handelsapplikation, vid initialt användande. En undersökning har genomförts med hjälp av en kooperativ utvärdering av fyra e-handelsapplikationer vilka innehåller olika typer av multimediala inslag har.Resultatet av undersökningen visar att multimediala inslag inverkar positivt på förtroendet för e-handelsapplikationer. It has in a broader extent become important for companies and other organizations with large organizations to have a properly functioning web platform where content management is an essential part. Polopoly is a web content management system developed in Sweden, used by several European corporations but foremost Scandinavian such working in different media related business areas.Our aim has been to analyze this tool and render a report which hopefully will assist the initiator of our thesis; a consulting enterprise called Qurius, in their negotiations with future customers, when to suggest Polopoly as a suitable content management solution.By using case studies at companies currently using Polopoly, our goal is to define which characteristic makes the product a competitive publishing tool. To put our analysis in perspective, we will compare the most important aspects of Polopoly with a similar product.According to the results of our investigation we consider Polopoly being a beneficial choice with regard to a number of important parameters. SharePoint är ett stort content- och managament-system som många företag använder sig av. I detta kan mallar specificeras för olika dokumenttyper (kallade content types), som underlättar skapandet av nya dokument för slutanvändaren. Systemet för mallarna blir dock snabbt omständligt och ohanterligt när antalet mallar företaget använder sig av växer.I detta examensarbete undersöks en lösning till problemet med mallarna, som finns tillgänglig på Microsofts Codeplex-site, där projekt under open-source licens kan laddas upp för allmänheten. Under arbetet undersöktes denna lösning djupare och vidareutvecklades för att i slutet av arbetet kunna levereras i form av en prototyp som HOW Solutions kunde använda sig av i framtida projekt.Slutresultatet blev en prototyp som bygger vidare på den tidigare lösningen och som tillåter användaren att specificera en mall-hubb, i form av en site-samling med bibliotek som kan förse andra bibliotek med mallar. In order to become even more competitive, a partnering with other niche players is essential in achieving a competitive advantage and it enables opportunities for reintermediation. From an intermediate perspective, there are great possibilities for those who become content coordinators to enter the market. By becoming a bundler of services and products, the content coordinators will become the actors that will capture the most profit in the value web. The value creating drivers that have been identified in the business landscape of intermediates concern owning the content or owning the customer relationship. We find the possibilities of an intermediate actor, such as a content coordinator to achieve competitive advantage through strategic fit is subject to the context and the ability of creating more innovative and co-creative distribution systems.

I have been studied Microsoft SharePoint on behalf of Prevas in Karlstad.The purpose of my work was to see if Microsoft SharePoint was what Prevas wanted as a replacement for the existing intranet, which they are not satisfied with today.My work was a kind of foundation for Prevas so they could make a decision in this matter.The work began with installing SharePoint at one single server at Prevas. We used a virtual technology (VMware) at the installation, which can be described as that we created two ?miniservers? in a bigger server, one for SharePoint and the other for storing the information. This kind of technology is strongly advancing. The main work consisted of setting up the structure for the navigation and designing both the portal and the local homepage for Prevas Karlstad.

BCFP (BarnCancerFöreningsProgrammet) är ett verktyg som ska användas till att hantera information om insamlingsbössor samt kringliggande information åt Barncancerföreningen Norra. Tidigare användes Microsoft Excel för att hantera dessa uppgifter. Detta var inte en långsiktigt hållbar lösning därför att informationen inte går att överblicka och önskvärd information är svår att hitta. Det finns också en annan lösning utvecklad i Microsoft Access men denna lösning var inte anpassad till Norra föreningens behov och skulle vara tidskrävande att vidareutveckla/omarbeta. Detta medförde att målet med det här projektet blev att ta fram ett nytt system för hantering av ovanstående uppgifter.

I denna uppsats kommer vi dokumentera vidareutvecklingen av Softwerk AB?s Content Management System kallat AppCMS. I dagsläget innefattar AppCMS plattformarna iOS, Android och Windows Phone. Kunderna till Softwerk AB har dock uttryckt ett behov av att även kunna nå ut till sina användare med en webbaserad samt en utskrivningsbar lösning. AppCMS?s exportformat har därför analyserats för att undersöka möjligheten till att återanvända det existerande exportformatet från AppCMS  även för dessa plattformarna.

I dagens samhälle behöver organisationer ha ett fungerande samarbete för att kunna utföra ett så bra arbete som möjligt. Microsoft SharePoint är en så kallad informationsplattform som har som ett av sina huvudsyften, att stödja samarbetet i verksamheten. Då SharePoint är en väldigt bred plattform så har vi fokuserat oss på dess inverkan på samarbetet. Målet med detta examensarbete är att undersöka hur SharePoint påverkar samarbetet inom olika verksamheter, vilket i sin tur ska leda till en kunskap om huruvida SharePoint är ett bra stöd för samarbete eller inte. Undersökningen skedde genom fem kvalitativa intervjuer på tre olika företag som arbetar med Microsoft SharePoint i olika utsträckning.

The purpose of this ideology critical study is to investigate the hidden content in the reform Gy11 and compare it with the concept new public management. After the clarification of the hidden content, we compare the structure of the organization in Swedish high schools with the structure in public sector called new public management. The main questions of this study are the following: Is it possible to see the foundation of new public management in the Swedish high schools when it comes to the views of knowledge and the formation of goals? Which similarities can we find when we look at the organization new public management and the Swedish high school?The result showed many similarities, both regarding the views of knowledge and the formations of goals. The structure of new public management has been largely implemented in the Swedish high schools and the schools now focus more on instrumental knowledge rather than universal knowledge based on understanding.This is not surprising due to the social progress.

The purpose of this thesis is to present and describe which criteria, according to the systemfamily Configuration Management, should be met when developing a CM-tool to handlemigration data.ACT is a tool developed by Microsoft to gather information about, analyze, test and mitigateapplications in a network when migrating the IT-infrastructure of an organization to a newoperating system. The organization that is being studied wants to present the data about theanalyzed applications in such a way, that a customer can choose what to mitigate and migrate.The goal is therefore to develop a prototype (CM-tool) that will present this data.The study has shown that ACT lacks certain requirements stated by the organization when itcomes to presentation. But when it comes to the rest of the functions, ACT performs as expected.The investigation resulted in specifications and technical solution for the new CM-tool. Denna studie undersöker om, och isåfall hur, nätverksfördröjningar uppstår då små SOAP-meddelanden skickas över TCP/IP. För att utföra detta skapades ett litet nätverk och i det genomfördes mätning av svarstider för två olika SOAP-implementationer, Apache SOAP och Microsoft SOAP Toolkit. Resultaten från mätningarna analyserades och visade att det uppstår nätverksfördröjningar då små SOAP-meddelanden skickas över TCP/IP. Både Apache SOAP och Microsoft SOAP Toolkit uppvisade olika strategier i nätverkskommunikationen vilket påverkade svarstider. För Apache SOAP uppstod fördröjningar vid varje SOAP-anrop, oberoende av storleken på meddelandet som returnerades, medan Microsoft SOAP Toolkit undvek nätverksfördröjningar då meddelandet som returnerades var tillräckligt stort..

The purpose of this thesis is to examine and analyze how to improve the design of a Microsoft Surface SUR40 application. The application in focus was an interactive product browser developed by the company Spree, our external client. Spree is a multi-touch software provider, established in September 2010 and they expressed a need for suggestions for how to improve this application. Our work aimed at revealing how to make the application more suitable for several users and make it easier for them to interact simultaneously on the surface. From a qualitative standpoint we have examined how 17 users experienced the application.
